The Pacific Motorway Service Centre comprised a $20m purpose-built facility for Shell (Viva Energy). EdgePM provided Project management and Superintendent services to successfully deliver this project on time and on budget.
The site was strategically located on the newly upgraded Exit 54 interchange in the high growth suburb of Coomera. Adjoining the new $500 million Westfield shopping centre, the facility services trucks and cars alike while providing amenity to local residents and commuters.
The centre was completed 2017. The project was delivered under a design and construct procurement method.
