EdgePM was appointed by QIC to provide Superintendent services for the Redevelopment of the North Mall. The works included a new 3600m2 Woolworths, two new entrances to a refurbished mall and the redevelopment of 21 specialty shops.
Accommodating a number of significant design alterations to satisfy the incoming tenants and the impact of Covid-19, the scheduled Opening Date of July 2020 was achieved as planned.
The project was delivered under a design and construct procurement method.
