Cromwell Property Group

EdgePM was engaged by Cromwell Property Group to deliver a new commercial office fitout for their tenant, Queensland Mental Health. The new fitout located within the A grade Office Tower was managed by EdgePM and constructed by Shape under an ECI / D&C engagement. The fast track project was delivered on schedule end of June 2023.
Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics Hub

EdgePM was engaged by BAC to deliver this tenant led purpose-built Logistics Hub. The tenant, Wallenius Wilhelmsen is an Oslo based logistics company who specialise in the global distribution of cars, trucks, agricultural, construction and mining equipment. The project comprised a 6000m2 facility with 42,000m2 of hardstand.
Coles Pacific Pines Shopping Centre

EdgePM was appointed by Coles Group Property Developments to deliver the new Coles Supermarket at Pacific Pines. The development was completed in 2016. The project was delivered under a design and construct procurement method.
Morgan Stanley Brisbane
